You can build your website using AI, or we can build it for you.


2. How long does it take to build my website?

If you use our AI Website Builder, your website is generated instantly.

If you choose our Done-For-You website service, your first draft is delivered within 1–3 business days.


3. Do I need any technical skills?

No. Waa Hosting handles the technical side — hosting, security, updates, backups, and design.

And if you want to edit your own website, you can use our simple drag-and-drop editor.


4. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Waa Hosting offers flexible month-to-month plans.

Your subscription can be canceled at any time, and there are no long-term contracts.


5. What is included in my monthly plan?

All plans include:

Once you subscribe, payments are charged automatically each month.


2. Does Waa Hosting offer refunds?

Due to the digital and service-based nature of website builds, all payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel anytime and avoid future charges.


3. What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails:

Day 1 — You will receive a notification.


Day 5 — Second attempt (reminder sent).


Day 10 — Services may be paused until payment is resolved.

Your website will remain online for a 10-day grace period.


4. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can switch plans anytime.

Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.


5. Do I need a PayPal account?

No. You can pay with a debit or credit card through PayPal without creating an account.

1. How do I log in to my website?

Your login link was sent in your welcome email.

If you need the link again, contact support:

2. Can I edit my website myself?

Yes. All sites include a drag-and-drop visual editor. No coding required.


3. How do I request website updates?

If you have a Waa Care Plan:

Email support with your update request.

Updates are completed within your plan’s timeframe.

If you do NOT have a care plan:

Updates can be completed for $15 per change.


4. Does Waa Hosting include backups?

Yes. Professional and E-Commerce plans include weekly backups automatically.


5. Do you provide email accounts?

Email accounts are not included but can be added using:

  • Microsoft 365. Only on Pro Level and Full Flight.

1. How does the AI Website Builder work?

Enter your business name → choose a style → AI generates a full website in seconds.

You can edit any section or let Waa Hosting customize it for you.


2. Can the AI build any type of website?

Yes. AI supports any kind of website.


3. Can I switch templates?

Yes, you can switch templates at any time and rebuild your site instantly.


4. Will I lose my content if I rebuild?

Your existing content is saved, and you can restore it if needed.


SECTION 5 — WEBSITE EDITING FAQ

1. How do I change my text or images?

Log into your dashboard → click the section → edit → save.


2. How do I add new pages?

In your dashboard, click Add Page.

Or email support and we will add it for you. Fees may apply.


3. Can I upload videos?

Yes. You can embed YouTube, Vimeo, or upload files directly depending on your plan.


4. Can I change colors and fonts?

Yes. Every website is fully customizable.


5. Can you edit the website for me?

Yes — Waa Care Plus and Care Pro include monthly content updates.


SECTION 6 — HOSTING & DOMAIN FAQ

1. Is hosting included?

Yes — all Waa Hosting plans include fast, secure cloud hosting.


2. Do you register domains?

You may purchase a domain from:

Waa Hosting or any other hosting provider.

We will connect it for you free of charge. Domains are free for (1) year for Upgrade plans.


3. Do I own my domain?

Yes. You own your domain at all times.


4. How long does domain pointing take?

Most domains connect within 15 minutes to 2 hours.


5. What happens to my website if I cancel?

Your website remains accessible for 7 days.

You may download/export your site for a one-time $75 export fee.

1. What are Waa Care Plans?

Ongoing monthly website maintenance plans:

Care Basic — Free

Monitoring, backups, security


Care Plus — $12/mo

3 Monthly content update + speed optimization


Care Pro — $21/mo

Unlimited updates, graphics, pages, and analytics.


2. Do I need a care plan?

If you want Waa to handle updates, security, backups, and content changes — YES.


3. What is included in content updates?

  • Text changes
  • Image updates
  • New sections
  • Replacing banners
  • Adding testimonials
  • Uploading blog posts

SECTION 10 — TROUBLESHOOTING

  4. Wait 2–3 minutes (server refresh)

SECTION 11 — POLICIES

1. Payment Policy

Monthly recurring subscription. No refunds.


2. Revision Policy

Starter: 1


Business: 2


Pro: 2 + monthly updates


E-commerce: Unlimited for 7 days


3. Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime.

Website removed after 7 days of cancellation.

4. Abuse Policy

No threatening or abusive communication allowed.

5. Suspended Services

Occurs after 10 days of non-payment.

To maintain service quality and operational efficiency for all clients, please review the official Waa Hosting Billing, Suspension, Termination, and Data Policy below.


1. Monthly Hosting Fee

Hosting is $36.00 $99 or $149 per month and is due each month.

Clients will receive a reminder email 7 days prior to the due date.

After the first payment, billing will be set to automatic recurring processing.


2. Late Payment Policy

• Payments not received within 3 days after the due date will incur a $10 late fee.

• Accounts 7 days past due may be temporarily suspended.


3. Service Suspension

If payment is not received by 10 days past due, services may be suspended, including:

• Website access

• Email services

• Backend management access

A $25 reactivation fee may apply once payment is made.


4. Automatic Termination – 30 Days

If payment is not received within 30 days of the original due date, the account will be considered voluntarily terminated.

At that time:

• Hosting services will be permanently canceled

• Website files may be removed from our servers

• A new setup fee may apply if service is restarted

• Previous promotional pricing may not be reinstated


5. Data Retention Policy

After termination:

• Website data will be retained for 14 days as a courtesy backup window.

• After 14 days, all files, databases, and emails may be permanently deleted.

If a client requests a copy of website files within the retention window, a $50 backup retrieval fee may apply.

Waa Hosting is not responsible for data loss after the retention period expires.


6. Non-Refundable Payments

All hosting payments, setup fees, domain registrations, and design services are non-refundable once processed.


7. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed:

• Hosting services will be immediately suspended

• A $50 administrative dispute fee may apply

• Services will not resume until the dispute is resolved

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.


8. Domain Policy

• Domains are free for the first year (if included in your plan).

• After the first year, domains will be billed annually at renewal rates.

• Renewal pricing varies based on domain extension.

Your domain name is your property.

Clients may transfer their domain and/or website at any time, provided the account is in good standing and all outstanding balances are paid.


9. Website Transfer Policy

Clients may request a website transfer at any time.

Transfer requests require:

• Account balance paid in full

• 3–5 business days processing time

Waa Hosting is not responsible for configuration changes made after transfer.


10. Updates & Support Requests

All content updates must be submitted to:

support@waahosting.com

Please allow 1–7 business days for standard updates to be completed.

Priority or emergency updates may be subject to expedited service fees.
